Client Polices

Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation

• All sessions are by appointment only.
• Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged [50%] of the service cost.

Late Arrival

• Please arrive on time to receive your full session.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and be charged accordingly.

New Client Intake

• First-time clients must complete a confidential health intake form prior to receiving treatment.
• Please notify me of any changes in your health or medications.

  Professional Boundaries

• This is a professional, therapeutic practice. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• Any sexual or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session and a ban from future appointments.

Hygiene & Cleanliness

• Clients are expected to arrive clean and practice good personal hygiene.
• If you are arriving from the gym or other physical activity, please shower beforehand.

Sick Policy

• If you are experiencing symptoms of illness (fever, cough, flu, COVID-19, etc.), please reschedule.
• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears ill or poses a health risk.

  Accepted Payments

• I accept cash (preferred), Venmo, Cashapp and Paypal
• Payment is due at the time of service.

Refund Policy

• No refunds are given for completed services.
• Refunds for prepaid services may be given if canceled within the terms of cancellation policy.

Package Expiry

• Missed or canceled sessions without proper notice may be forfeited.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Right to Refuse Service

• The therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to safety, health concerns, or inappropriate behavior.

Therapist Health & Safety

• If I am feeling unwell, sessions may be rescheduled for the safety of both parties.
• I follow all required hygiene and licensure standards
